My husband and I have been raising Miniature and Standard Australian Shepherds since 2017. We are a small family run operation here on our 30 acre farm located in Dadeville Missouri. Our dogs are part of our family and receive the best of care year around. Our puppies are socialized daily to the ins and outs of farm life that help to make them great all around life long companions.

Having the healthiest puppies starts with the parents. All of our parents are on regular deworming schedules and up to date on shots. The parents are also on a good quality diet to help ensure good health and quality of coat. Purina Pro Plan Sport is the food of choice for our adult Aussies!
As with our adults our puppies are also on a strict deworming and vaccination schedule. Deworming starts at 2 weeks of age and they start receiving vaccinations at 4 weeks of age.

The Australian Shepherd is a very smart intelligent breed. They are super fast learners that need mental stimulation to keep them out of trouble. Aussies make wonderful family dogs for people who lead an active lifestyle. They are great around kids even if they do tend to herd them. Its always good to remember that this is a herding breed and no matter their size that instinct is still there!

Yes Aussies do shed a lot. Depends on the individual and the type of coat that it has. Aussies have an undercoat and it is very typical for them to shed it at least twice a year!
Most of our Australian Shepherds are medium size mini's to small standards. Follows are the ranges for the different size classes of Aussies: Under 14 inches is considered a toy, 14-18 inches is considered a mini, and anything over 18 inches is a standard. We do not guarantee size on any of our puppies
All dogs that enter our breeding program are genetic tested for the traits specific to the Australian Shepherd breed. We are also working on getting OFA certificates for knees, hearts, and hips on all of our breeding stock.
