Health of Our Puppies
Vaccination & Deworming Schedule
Our puppies health is of the upmost importance to us. All puppies are handled daily to ensure top quality health. All puppies are seen twice by a state licensed veterinarian before leaving our care! Tails and dewclaws will be removed on every puppy! NO EXCEPTIONS!
Deworming will begin at two weeks of age for your new fur baby! We deworm at 2,4,5,6 and 7 weeks of age using Panacur and Pyrantel. At 8 weeks of age your puppy will receive Interceptor Plus. Interceptor Plus is an all around dewormer that includes preventative for heart worms. It is very important for your puppies health that you continue a very strict, regular deworming schedule. We will not be held responsible for your puppies declining health if you do not.
Your puppy will also begin its vaccinations at 3 weeks of age. At 3 weeks old they will receive a kennel cough shot. We do this to help ensure the health of the puppy if he/she is going to be shipped by ground or air transport. The puppy will receive a neopar shot at 4 weeks of age. Your puppy will also come with two of its three 5 way puppy shots. We give these at week 6 and week 8. You will be responsible for making sure your puppy has received its third and final shot at 10-11 weeks of age.

Through Trupanion we offer 30 days free of pet health insurance. It can be activated the same day the puppy leaves our home. Have peace of mind that your new fur baby will be protected!
Health Guarantee
What to expect from our guarantee
This health guarantee is only valid to the original puppy buyer. This health guarantee is good for one year from the puppies date of birth.
You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within (3) three business days of purchase. If your puppy in the opinion of the veterinarian has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, we will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference. To make a claim you must return your puppy to Mutton Creek Aussies within 7 days of Veterinarian exam date at the buyer’s expense. Also, provide a signed statement from the veterinarian proving date of examination and an explanation as to why the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinion. There will be no refund on shipping charges and all deposits are nonrefundable. If buyer fails to have vet check done within 3 business days or fails to continue vaccines, the parties agree that any guarantee will be considered null and void. Keep shot records from your vet.
NOTE: There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Hip or Joint problems, Parasites, Cherry Eye, Viral/Bacterial Infections or any Skin disorders because there are too many variables to why some of these problems can occur that are not just heredity induced. Seller cannot be responsible for Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) or the effects of any stress related illness due to travel/rehoming. Buyer must make certain that their new puppy eats and gets plenty of rest.
Your Aussie puppy has a one year limited life warranty against life threatening genetic disorders. Should the puppy die of a birth defect within one year of the time of purchase Mutton Creek Aussies will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. To qualify for the warranty, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. If said puppy dies the buyer must have an autopsy performed by a licensed vet and results of report must be sent to seller and signed by veterinarian. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping cost incurred.
Note: Failure to have the puppy examined within (3) three business days of purchase VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES.

If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must return all registration papers. Registration papers must be signed transferring ownership back to Mutton Creek Aussies. Mutton Creek Aussies will not be held responsible for any costs accrued after the sale is final.
Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury
Guarantee is not valid if said dog has been used for breeding.

Option 1: Air Delivery to most Major Airport Choices
Option 2: Ground Delivery (except California)
Option 3: Fly into Springfield Missouri Airport and I will meet you there with your puppy
Option 4: Delivery to St. Louis Missouri
Option 5: Drive in and see us (Dadeville, MO 65635)
What is Ground Delivery
We have TRUSTED Ground Delivery companies that will transport your puppy for an extra $300-$500 depending on your location. It is important to note that depending on the company we use you may have to meet in a central location close to your home to pick your puppy up from the shipper!
Air Transportation
For Air Transportation we use Ozark Jet-A-Pet Courier Service to transport the puppies to the airport. Our puppies ship out of St. Louis only and are most often shipped via Delta or American Airlines. Occasionally we use United Airlines. Our flights are booked for Thursday's only at this time. Once we book your puppy with Ozark Jet-A-Pet we will forward you on pick up details by email or text the week before your puppy leaves. When you go to the airport you will need your ID and the flight information with you. The crate your puppy came in is yours to keep. Also attached to the crate will be his/her paperwork unless other arrangements are made. Please do not throw these away.
What does it cost to fly my puppy?
Shipping your puppy via air will generally cost between $350-$500 extra. Prices are not set and can change at anytime. I will confirm price before booking is made.
Air Delays
Sometimes air delays do occur. Generally they happen do to weather or mechanical issues. Flights may also be cancelled or delayed a week do to extreme heat or cold in which it is not safe for the puppy to travel in.
How Do We Pay
We can take payments through Venmo, Paypal, or call us to use a credit card. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Final payment of your puppy must be made when your notified of final travel arrangements.
